How to receive a closing cost voucher?
As a Chickasaw Nation resident, if you go through Bank2, one of the leading sources of Native American home loans, then you can receive a voucher for your purchase or refinance. The goal of this program is to make home loans more accessible and affordable for Chickasaw citizens. Bank2 is a subsidiary of the Chickasaw Nation and available because of their commitment to creating new services and opportunities for residents.
Whether it’s in Oklahoma or elsewhere, closing costs usually amount to thousands of dollars. This voucher will make it easier for your family to finance and afford a home mortgage, while reducing the financial stress of the home purchasing or mortgage refinancing process. It’s supported by Governor Anoatubby as well as Bank2’s president Ross Hill.
With this voucher program, you’re simply required to send your citizenship card, financing approval letter from your lender, and a copy of your home application to the Housing and Counseling and Loan Services Department. Even if you’re purchasing a property outside of Chickasaw Nation’s boundaries, as long as you’re purchasing or refinancing a primary residence and don’t own investment property, then you’re most likely eligible for the $3,000 credit voucher.
So how can you apply? Get in contact with me and I’ll walk you through the application process. You’ll know within 24 hours whether you’re eligible, and you can use the voucher toward home inspections, property appraisals, lender, and title fees.
So, what are you waiting for? This offer ends on August 31st, so contact me via phone or email, and I’ll make sure that your home buying or refinancing process goes as smooth as possible.
